REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


ADMISSIONS OPEN ONLY FOR LKG (2024-25)

Admissions open in LKG for the Academic Year 2024-25. Those who wish to register the names of their ward/s can do so from 11th January 2024 to 23rd January 2024 till the available seats are filled up. If the seats are full link will be closed even before 23rd January 2024. Fill in the form online & take a printout & submit to the school office along with the documents/records required (mentioned below) between 25th January 2024 to 31st January 2024 (Submission time 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.)

 

N.B: - No Forms will not be accepted after 31st January 2024.

 

General Rules

  1. As per the Maharashtra Govt. GR of 20/12/2021.The child to be admitted to LKG should complete 3.3 years of age on 1st April 2024 i.e. born between 01/10/2019 to 31/12/2020. Since the academic year begins on 1st April 2024. The age criteria for admission are to be followed very strictly as per the rules and guidelines laid down by the board and department. Children who fall under this age criteria only are eligible to seek admission to LKG.
  2. Incomplete forms & forms with wrong information will be rejected at the time of submission / even after submission.
  3. Mere submission of the Registration Forms/Selection of candidates does not guarantee admission.
  4. Being a Private, Unaided, Minority School, the head of the institution reserves the full right to accept or reject any application without citing the reason for his/her action.
  5. Admission will be granted as per the vacancies available.
  6. Bringing recommendation for admission is strongly discouraged.

The following documents / records to be submitted along with the Registration Form:-

  1. Photostat of Birth Certificate from Municipality/Gram Panchayat (self-attested).Birth Certificate from Government hospital, Private clinics, Nursing homes, Private hospitals will not be accepted.
  2. Photostat of Caste certificate (of father) (self-attested).
  3. Two recent passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
  4. An affidavit by the guardian, in case the child is under the custody of a guardian and not parents, stating the reason for his/her guardianship.
  5. Photostat of Baptism Certificate duly attested by the Parish Priest /Pastor of the church, in case the candidate is a Christian.
  6. Rs. 500/- as Registration Fee. (To be submitted during admission)
